Ingredients
To make this no-bake cranberry slice, you need the following ingredients:

- Cranberry - Dried cranberries provide a burst of flavor and a chewy texture. Their tartness balances the sweetness of the other ingredients, making each bite exciting and delicious.
- Chocolate - Caramelized white chocolate is my go-to here because it adds a rich, toffee-butterscotch depth, similar to the delicious flavour boost it gave to the mangonut slice.
- Butter - I prefer salted butter as it balances out the extra sweetness of condensed milk. It adds a rich, creamy texture and enhances the overall flavor. Butter helps hold the ingredients together and provides a melt-in-your-mouth consistency.
- Condensed milk - Thick, sweet, and creamy, condensed milk binds the ingredients together, adding a luxurious texture.
- Oreo - Crushed Oreo cookies form the base of the slice. These add a delightful crunch and an extra layer of flavor. Their chocolatey goodness contrasts beautifully with the tart cranberries and the sweet caramelized white chocolate, creating a mouth-watering treat.
- Craving homemade cookies? Try making sugar cookies using an air fryer—quick, easy, and delicious!
- Pumpkin seeds - Optional - These seeds add a nutty flavor and a satisfying crunch to the dessert.

How to make white chocolate cranberry slice
You can find this easy-to-make cranberry slice with white chocolate video below, but here is a quick overview of the procedure:
Prepare a base
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Place them in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin or use a food processor. Combine the crushed Oreos with the melted butter and condensed milk in a lined dish. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a dish to form an even base. Refrigerate it to set while you prepare the filling.

Melt the chocolate
Melt the caramelized white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Gently stir the mixture until the chocolate has melted to get a thick, grainy mixture. Add the dried cranberries to the chocolate mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
Assemble the slice
Pour the chocolate and cranberry mixture over the Oreo base in the dish. Spread it evenly with a spatula and press it with the back of a spoon. Top up with pumpkin seeds.
Again, gently press the mixture with a spatula to set the seeds. Refrigerate the cranberry and white chocolate slice for at least 2 hours, until the mixture is firm and set (image below).

Slice and serve
Once set, remove the dish from the refrigerator. Use a sharp knife to cut the mixture into slices or squares. Serve chilled and enjoy your caramelised white chocolate cranberry slice!

Storage
This chocolate-flavored cranberry slice can be stored for up to 3-4 weeks in the fridge.
FAQs
Yes! Regular white chocolate works perfectly. Caramelized white chocolate simply adds a deeper toffee-like flavour, but the slice still tastes delicious with standard white chocolate.
This usually means the mixture didn’t chill long enough, or too much condensed milk was added. Chill overnight for the firmest texture.
Definitely, this easy cranberry slice is one of the best make-ahead festive treats because it stores well, cuts cleanly, and tastes even better the next day.
Yes! Chopped nuts, coconut, crushed shortbread, or festive sprinkles all work well with this recipe.

Tips
- Allow plenty of time for the slice to set in the refrigerator. A minimum of 2 hours is recommended, but overnight is even better for a firmer texture.
- When pressing the Oreo crumb base into the dish/tray, use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass to press it down evenly. This ensures a uniform thickness and helps the base hold together well.
- For a festive touch (Holiday presentation), sprinkle the slices with powdered sugar or edible glitter, making them perfect for holiday gatherings.
- Pumpkin seeds are optional; avoid or swap them with nuts if you don't like them.
- If the berries have settled at the base, add a few more on top before refrigerating. This helps ensure the cranberries are evenly distributed in every slice.
