Ingredients
To make these ghostly treats for Halloween, you need the following ingredients:

- Biscuits/cookies - To give these spooky treats a healthier twist, I used digestive biscuits for their high fibre content. Feel free to use Oreo or any other cookies you love.
- If you’re an Oreo lover, don’t miss the white chocolate cranberry slice and creamy strawberry bliss!
- Chocolate - Milk chocolate is my go-to for this recipe. It’s less bitter, making it ideal for kids. Plus, it helps hold everything together and brings a deep, chocolaty sweetness to the monster bites.
- Eyes candy - The most important element in the recipe for the monster's appearance.

How to make Halloween monster treats?
First of all, you need biscuit or cookie crumbs to make these trick-or-treat Halloween treats. For this, crush a few biscuits/cookies in a zip-lock bag using a rolling pin (image below).

Break the chocolate into small pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Add milk to it. Melt in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir it well to melt it completely.

Combine the chocolate and biscuit crumbs in a bowl. Mix well to coat the biscuit crumbs evenly.

Fill the mini cupcake liners with this crumb-chocolate mixture. Flatten each monster cupcake with the back of a spoon. Press the candy eyes onto the surface (image below).

Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. You are ready with easy Halloween kids treats, aka monster googly eye treats!
