About the monster treats

I’m super excited to share this Halloween treat for kids recipe with you because my little cutie, Amulya, created it! It’s extra special to me since she dedicated her playtime to making these spooky monster treats just for Halloween. While she used Oreo chocolate cookies, I’ve swapped them with digestive biscuits for a healthier Halloween snack twist.

This recipe is super simple and perfect for kid-friendly Halloween recipes. Just gather the ingredients, assemble, and decorate with googly eyes to give your treats a fun, ghoulish makeover. That’s it! All it takes is a bit of imagination and creativity to bring these playful monsters to life.

With these no-bake Halloween desserts and easy, fun Halloween breakfasts like Halloween Nutella monster toast, your Halloween party is guaranteed to be a scary hit! So, put on your costume and get ready to enjoy a festive Halloween dessert feast that will have everyone howling for more.

Reasons you’ll❤️these monster treats

  • No-bake & kid-friendly: No cooking required - just mix, mold, and decorate!
  • Quick & easy: Ready in under 10 minutes.
  • Fun & creative: Use imagination to make these Ghoulish treats.
  • Fail-proof recipe: Perfection isn’t required as irregular shapes add to their charm!
  • Customizable: Use your favorite cookies, chocolates, and candy eyes.

Ingredients

To make these ghostly treats for Halloween, you need the following ingredients:

  1. Biscuits/cookies - To give these spooky treats a healthier twist, I used digestive biscuits for their high fibre content. Feel free to use Oreo or any other cookies you love.
    • If you’re an Oreo lover, don’t miss the white chocolate cranberry slice and creamy strawberry bliss!
  2. Chocolate - Milk chocolate is my go-to for this recipe. It’s less bitter, making it ideal for kids. Plus, it helps hold everything together and brings a deep, chocolaty sweetness to the monster bites.
  3. Eyes candy - The most important element in the recipe for the monster's appearance.
