👩🍳How to make Halloween Frankenstein Toast
Lightly toast the bread so it holds its shape. Mash half an avocado with a fork. Cover the toast with this avocado mash to create Frankenstein’s green skin. For the hair, spread Nutella across the top edge of the toast.

Place two banana slices on the toast for eyes, then stick candy eyeballs in the centers.

Cut a marshmallow in half and attach one piece to each side of the toast to mimic Frankenstein’s neck bolts.
Finish by drawing a stitched mouth with icing gel.

And just like that, your adorable Frankenstein avocado Nutella toast is ready to spook up the Halloween festivities!

🍽️Variations
For a savory twist, swap the plain mashed avocado with creamy avocado-olive chutney. The olives add a tangy, briny kick that pairs beautifully with the smooth avocado, giving your Frankenstein toast a bold, flavorful upgrade!
Use chunky guacamole for the Frankenstein face base, with sliced olives for eyes and cheese strip stitches.

📝Tips
- Lightly toasted bread holds toppings better and won’t get soggy. Whole wheat, brioche, or sandwich bread all work.
- Pre-slice bananas, marshmallows, or candy eyes so kids can assemble their own monsters safely.
- Use food-safe markers, small fruit pieces, or nuts to add freckles, scars, or other monster details.
