👩‍🍳How to make chocolate biscuit rolls

Stir in the melted butter and cocoa powder until the mixture is smooth. Add the roughly broken biscuits and mix well, ensuring every piece is coated from all sides.

❄️Storage

Refrigerator: Store the chocolate biscuit roll in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. It stays firm, fudgy, and fresh.

Wrapping tip: For the best texture, wrap the roll tightly in cling film first, then place it in a container. This prevents it from drying out or absorbing fridge odors.

Freezer option: You can freeze the whole log for up to 2 months. Wrap tightly in cling film + foil, then store in a freezer-safe bag. Thaw in the fridge overnight before slicing.

After slicing: Keep slices separated with baking paper so they don't stick together.

🥄Serving Suggestions

Serve with masala chai or coffee.

With chilled coolers, such as strawberry mint cooler and watermelon mint cooler, or iced lemon mint tea, for a refreshing contrast to their rich chocolate flavor.

Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle nuts on top for extra richness and crunch.

Add ice cream for a dessert upgrade.
