Ingredients for Parle G cake
You need the following items to prepare this Parle G Biscuit ka cake:

Parle G biscuits - Base of the Parle G - cake recipe! I use five packets of Parle G Original Gluco Biscuits, each weighing about 80 g. I crumble them by hand, leaving some small chunks for a nice texture.
Milk - Any milk works best for the recipe!
Marble effect - Use white chocolate and milk chocolate to create a marble texture. It is an optional step. Skip this if you want a smooth cake surface.
Butter - I prefer butter with salt as it balances out the sweetness of the recipe.
Nuts - Raw almonds and walnuts. Roughly chop them to achieve a texture and crunchiness in each bite.

How to make Parle G chocolate cake?
In a bowl, crumble the Parle G biscuits into small pieces and add the chopped nuts.
In a separate saucepan or bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, milk, and condensed milk. Gently heat for about 3–5 minutes until the cocoa dissolves and you have a silky chocolate sauce (images-1-4).

Pour the warm sauce into the biscuit–nut mixture. Stir well so all the crumbs and nuts are coated.
Line or grease a dish, then spread the mixture evenly inside it and level the top with a spatula (images 5-8).

Optional marble topping
Melt the milk chocolate with butter. Pour it over the cake surface. Then melt the white chocolate, drop it in the centre, and use a skewer to swirl a pattern. Add chopped nuts around the sides for decoration (images 9-12).

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (better if you leave it overnight) so it sets firmly. Slice and serve it! Enjoy easy Parle G biscuit Chocolate cake!!
Storage
Store this Parle cake in the fridge. The cake stays fresh for 3-4 days.
Serving Suggestions
Undoubtedly, it is a delicious chocolate nutty cake that can be served on its own, but you can try these serving variations;
Serve it alongside vanilla ice cream or try a 3-ingredient gulab jamun ice cream for a fun, fusion twist!
Mix it into creamy strawberry bliss to add a delightful, crunchy, nutty texture and flavor.
This cake pairs surprisingly well with iced lemon mint tea. The citrusy, minty, refreshing tang of the tea balances the sweetness and adds a light, zesty contrast, perfect for a summer treat.
Serve with a warm cup of chai, especially made with chai masala to complement the sweet, nutty flavors of the cake perfectly.
A creamy Cold coffee or iced latte also balances the richness of the chocolate and gives a refreshing kick.

Tips
- Prepare the day before and refrigerate overnight for the best setting.
- Keep some nuts chunky. It creates a nice texture with each bite.
- Skip the white-chocolate swirl if you prefer a simpler finish.
- When slicing, use a gentle hand as this cake doesn’t have the structure of a baked sponge.
