- Plums contain >80% of water, so water is not required to blend the ingredients. But if you find it hard, add a teaspoon of water.

- Add only a few mint leaves to avoid bitterness in the chutney.

Ingredients
- 420 g Plums/aloo bukhara
- few leaves Cilantro
- 1 small Onion
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 2 Green chillies
- 7-8 Mint leaves
