How to make a Curd masala powder?
Curd masala powder is so easy to prepare at home. It just takes a few minutes to prepare. I definitely like to go with homemade ones as I can adjust the ingredients as per my preferences. And yes always a better choice than store ones in terms of quality, ingredients, freshness, and price.
The curd masala powder I prepare at home is an easy recipe that involves only 4 ingredients. (see my post curd masala powder)
Equipment
I use a Nutribullet blender to prepare healthy drinks, be it lassi, shakes and smoothies etc. It is too easy and convenient to use. Also, I use this blender to blend the spices to make the curd masala powder used in this recipe. This blender is a boon to me as I can't imagine my life without this blender!!
