About the recipe
I always experiment with ingredients in my kitchen. Most of the time, it fails. But still, I love doing all these higgledy-piggledy (ulta-pulta) things at my place since I am the boss in my office (kitchen, hehe....)
One day, we had a BBQ party with friends, and I decided to try a new yogurt mayo dip recipe. Although I had prepared my popular green chutney for backup, to my surprise, everyone at the party liked it. We tried this dip with BBQ grilled chicken, veggies, and fish. It was yummy! What a day it was! I was super excited, and I received lovely comments.
Mostly, we think that snacks go well with tomato-based sauces only. But, the yogurt-mayo combination in this dip goes well with almost every snack. I'm sure once you try it, it’s definitely on your recipe list.
