Tips n tricks
- This recipe is a spicy one. Adjust the amount of schezwan sauce according to your taste.
- You can also add tomato sauce if you like mild sweetness in the noodles recipe. I have skipped this because of family preferences.
- I wanted to make it easy and quick, so I skipped veggies. If you like them, you can add them by sauteeing them before adding sauces. But take care not to overcook veggies.
- I have not added salt or any other spice as the tastemaker is enough to boost the flavour.
