If you’re someone like me who doesn’t usually enjoy salad, you definitely need this salad to change your mind! I first had this salad at my friend’s place and instantly fell in love with this recipe because of the obvious many reasons!

I’m now addicted to this vegetable mix salad with nuts and raisins. I make it every week, and it stays fresh for 2–3 days. With the passing of each day, the flavor of the salad improves as the juices released from the vegetables mix with seasonings, helping distribute the flavors evenly throughout the salad.

  2. Carrot: Sweet and earthy, carrot provides a bright pop of color and a crunchy texture. Packed with beta-carotene and other essential nutrients, offers both flavor and health benefits.
