- Tomato: Juicy and slightly tangy, tomatoes contribute a burst of freshness, balancing the crispness of cucumber and carrot with their soft, fleshy texture. Their natural acidity ties the flavors in a dish.
- Lettuce: Mild and crisp, lettuce serves as a refreshing base. Its light and neutral taste allows the other ingredients to shine while adding volume and fiber.
- Nuts: Peanuts and cashews bring a rich, hearty texture and a slightly toasted flavor. They are a great source of healthy fats and protein, adding crunch and depth to the mix.
- Raisins: Sweet and chewy, raisins introduce a delightful contrast to the crunchy vegetables and nuts.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all chopped veggies, lettuce, nuts, seeds, and raisins. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything gently to combine.

Enjoy immediately for the best crunch, or chill it for 15-30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
