I’m now addicted to this vegetable mix salad with nuts and raisins. I make it every week, and it stays fresh for 2–3 days. With the passing of each day, the flavor of the salad improves as the juices released from the vegetables mix with seasonings, helping distribute the flavors evenly throughout the salad.
