👩‍🍳How to make pineapple cucumber chilli salad

If using canned pineapple, drain it well (and give it a light rinse if packed in syrup). Cut the pineapple, cucumber, onion, cilantro, and mint into bite-sized pieces.

In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, chopped chillies, fresh cilantro, and mint. Add the lemon juice, salt, and hemp seeds. Gently toss everything to coat.
