- Garlic: Feel free to use garlic paste if you like it. But prefer fresh if you have.

- Spices: Salt and pepper only.

Chicken Drumsticks Curry
Ingredients
- 3 chicken drumsticks
- 2 green onions
- 4 pods garlic
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Prepare a sauce by combining equal parts of soy sauce and tomato ketchup in a small bowl and keep it aside.
- To a hot pan, add oil and chopped garlic. Stir fry until golden brown.
- Saute green onions till it becomes translucent.
- Place the chicken legs in the pan. Fry it for a minute and stir in salt and pepper. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and cook by covering with a lid.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the soy-tomato sauce and mix well.
- Simmer for 3-5 mins on low heat.
- Turn off the heat when the sauce gets slightly thickened.
