Ingredients
For making this low-carb chicken legs recipe, you need the following items:
- Chicken drumsticks - Use chicken legs without skin. For me, it works best for this recipe.
- Green onions: Cut away the roots, wash the green and white stalks and roughly chop them. The green onions give a unique flavour to this recipe. You can also garnish with this before serving. I would not recommend replacing them with other onions.
- Garlic: Feel free to use garlic paste if you like it. But prefer fresh if you have.
- Sauce: Combine equal portions of soy sauce and tomato ketchup in a small mixing bowl. This sauce imparts a unique taste and colour to the chicken drumsticks.
