Ingredients
- 1 Pastry Puff sheet
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 60 g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Thaw the puff pastry according to the package instructions, keeping it chilled until you're ready to work with it.
- Melt the butter in a small bowl, then stir in the finely chopped parsley until well combined. Set aside.
- Remove the paper backing from the thawed puff pastry sheet and place it on a large sheet of parchment paper.
- Lightly brush the surface with the butter and parsley mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over it.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet in half widthwise, then slice each half into triangles.
- Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle towards the pointed end. Slightly curve the ends to give them a croissant shape.
- Place the mini croissants on a lined baking tray. Brush the tops lightly with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven (160 °C) until the pastry is puffed and golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
- Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve these yummy cheesy croissants with your favorite dip.

Notes
Place the croissants slightly apart on the baking tray, as the puff pastry expands in the oven.
The number of mini croissants you get will depend entirely on how small or large you cut your triangles. Smaller triangles give you more bite‑sized croissants, while larger ones make slightly fuller, bakery‑style minis.
Serve these mini croissants warm with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, or green chutney; each adds a delicious contrast to the buttery, cheesy layers.
