Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 32 Walnuts halves
- 2 tablespoon Pistachios
- 2 tablespoon Dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Dried mango
- 15 g White chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Milk
Instructions
- Break the chocolate along its marked lines into equal‑sized pieces.
- Arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place a walnut on top of every chocolate piece.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven, just until the chocolate softens slightly. Keep a close eye on it, as chocolate can melt quickly.
- While the chocolate is still soft, gently press each walnut into the softened chocolate so it sticks in place.
- Refrigerate until the dark chocolate has set.
- Once the dark chocolate has set, melt the white chocolate chips with the milk in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the walnuts. Immediately sprinkle the chopped dried cranberries, dried mango, and pistachios over the top.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate has completely hardened.
- Carefully lift the chocolate bites off the baking paper and enjoy.

Notes
Chop the dried fruits and pistachios before softening the chocolate, as it begins to set quickly.
Warm the chocolate just until it starts to soften, rather than melting it completely.
Press the walnuts gently to prevent the chocolate from spreading or the walnuts from sinking in.
Add the toppings immediately while the chocolate is soft so they stick properly.
Let the chocolate bites set completely before transferring them to an airtight container.
