Prepare a sauce by combining equal parts of soy sauce and tomato ketchup in a small bowl and keep it aside.
To a hot pan, add oil and chopped garlic. Stir fry until golden brown.
Saute green onions till it becomes translucent.
Place chicken legs in the pan. Fry it for a minute and stir in salt and pepper. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cook with covering a lid.
Once the chicken cooked, pour the soy-tomato sauce and mix well.
Simmer for 3-5 mins on low heat.
Turn off the heat when the sauce gets slightly thickened.
Serve warm with bread naan, roti, and rice.
