Combine ground walnuts, sugar, flour and butter to make crumble.
Chop apple into thin slices and coat with honey.
Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients while slowly folding the batter.
Pour the batter into the lined cake tin. Spread apple slices on the batter, followed by walnut crumble.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 45 minutes or until inserted skewer comes out clean.
Slice it carefully!!
